Donation and Pass Types

PARTICIPATION DONATION: $75

  • The participation donation is a per athlete, per sport suggested donation.

FAMILY PASS: $60

  • Admission for (2) Adults and (2) pre-high school children to all regular season Football and Basketball games (home and away, across the San Mateo Unified School District).

FAMILY PASS PLUS: $75

  • Provides Family Pass and (1) MHS sports bottle

CLASS OF 2022 SENIOR DEAL: $122

  • Covers (1) Participation Fee, (1) Individualized Senior Night Banner, (1) MHS Customized '22 sportswear shirt & (1) MHS sports bottle

  • *each additional sport $75; each additional banner $22

Online Sports Participation Form and Payment

In the Online Sports Participation Form, enter your student's info along with the sports in which your student is planning to participate.

2) Submit Online Donation with PayPal

Using the PayPal widget below, select the Donation Type in the drop-down selection box and enter the Student Name and Grade. Click on Add to Cart button to add the selected Donation Type to the PayPal cart. You will land on the PayPal cart page where you can either A) complete your payment, B) update the quantity of the items in the cart, or C) click on Continue Shopping to come back to this page where you can select and add another Donation Type to your PayPal cart.

Sports Participation Form and Check Payment

If you prefer to submit a paper copy of the sports participation form and a payment via a check, please follow the instructions below.

1) Download, print, and fill out Sports Participation Form (PDF)

Download, print the Sports Participation Form (PDF), and write your student's info along with the sports in which your student is planning to participate.

2) Submit Donation with a Check

We also gladly accept payment via Check if you prefer not to use PayPal.

Please make checks payable to: Mills HS Athletic Boosters. Write your email address along with your student's name and grade on the check.
